Woman in mid-life crisis in one act drama

Crazy is a woman in chaos -divorce, grief, growing old and a failed relationship with her son have led her to fill her house with rubbish and now she can’t find a way through the mess.

Into this comes Sanity – her alter-ego? Who, with her no nonsense and sometimes too honest approach, helps her other half find some S.P.A.C.E – serenity, peace, air to breathe, calm and ease.

S.P.A.C.E is a whimsical but poignant one act two-hander for women of a certain age with tears of laughter and pain along the way. A stylized abstract production that just needs a couple of stools/chairs and a lot of boxes.

As they decide to save it, bin it, fix it or donate it to charity the memories that “stuff” hold for Crazy can be difficult to let go….by clean lines and minimal clutter is what she must aim for. In finding a friend she finds herself.

A five star production ***** which has played in venues across the Merseyside region is ideal for festivals and now available from http://www.stagescripts.com
