The first half of 2024 has proved a busy one for us and stagescripts with groups performing some of our popular plays and also picking up on ones that havent been performed for a while.
FEBRUARY saw the Oxted festival in Surrey where we had no less than three of our one acts performed. GLOW youth theatre performed Jessie’s Tree and Make Me Invisible which won the best actor award. Also Mertsham drama group performed Baggage and then they performed it again in March at their home in Redhill.
MARCH also saw Baggage performed by Barn owl players in Ireland. Bus Stop productions performed SPACE in Liverpool – the Hope Street theatre and Shakespeare North Playhouse as well as the Little Theatre Birkenhead
APRIL saw SPACE again at the Floral Pavilion Wirral
JUNE was busy with performances of RIP Mr Shakespeare by Imaginarium at Shakespeare North , Room No 5 performed by Hardwicke players in Gloucester and Jessie’s Tree by Class Act in Cleethorps
JULY Running Out of Time performed by Ippleden players in Devon
